Description:	This is a database of human genes that contain tandem repeats of a single amino acid (currently just Glutamine (Q)). This is similar to what was done by Katti et al 2000 but using the most current Swiss-Prot release (46.6, April 26, 2005).
Methods:	Human protein sequences from the current build of Swiss-Prot were scanned for tandem repeats lengths greater than five. The Swiss-Prot information was combined with the UCSC genome browser's knownGene table to facilitate each genes localization to a chromosome.
